Happy Holidays

After so many years of shopping for the holidays I decided this year, I'll be ahead of the schedule. It's never fun to see a cute sweater through the window and know exactly who would love it, then find that everyone else had the same idea and their friend happens to wear the same size as yours... And don't get me started on lines. Booo.

So this year is different!

This year I got my gifts early. Easy shopping. :)

Not only did I get my shopping done, I also got some wrapping done. (Go me!)

I love gifts. Wrapping is such a joy.

This paper was super hard to figure out which ribbons would go best with it. Sometime you have to think about the person who will receive it and what they'd be thrilled to see.

Did I say I love wrapping? More than wrapping, I super-love bows. I just love everything about this one. I feel like it looks like it was purchased from a shop!

Here's another photo because I liked it so much!

Big bows are always a joy. They are fun to make and fun to give. Everyone is always surprised when they receive a gift with a big bow.

Yarn was used to make this bow. See, thinking out of the box is fun.

Happy Holidays. :)

Photos for funsies!

The paper used for this gift looks like lace. It's so pretty!

Bows can be made from anything!

I hope your holidays are filled with magic and happiness!

Thank you for looking!

Love where you're from and where you're going.

I believe the first time I saw this idea was on Pinterest  aeons ago.
Having maps of the places you've lived sounds so romantic to me. Now I need to get some frames and hang them in our home-sweet-home!

Thanks Google Maps!

Here's some that others have done:

Heater Love

The moment fall comes and it begins to get chilly outside, we think this girl's animal instincts kick in. She'll sit, sleep and bathe herself next to the heater, anticipating the moment it turns on.

What a happy girl. She loves the heater. :)

Unboxing Sailor Moon

Sorry this is a little late. ^ ^;

I was SO HAPPY when she came in! My boyfriend is pretty good at getting me the greatest gifts. Of course he had to tell me he got it for me so I wouldn't buy one for myself. >< I think this only made the anticipation greater, making the gift 100,000,000 times better!

Since there are SO MANY photos I'm just going to dump them here. Hope you all don't mind. ^ ^;
Enjoy! :D

Got her to stand all by herself!

Yep. You see that. All on her own. :)

Still standing on her own. Winning. :)

Then she fell. (She's a clutz. Lol)

"Cry-baby Serena."

Now she's attempting to climb out of the box (but can't.)

That's all we have for now. Thanks for watching and be on the look out for more Sailor Moon (and Sailor Mercury soon!)

Thanks SH Figuarts and Sailor Moon!
