So I was thinking about getting the
2013 Hasbro exclusive MLP buttt.. There was no way I'd get in line at 5am for a ticket, like I did the year before. As I'm looking and admiring at the toys from afar, some girl taps me on the shoulder. I turn and she asks if I'd like her ticket. She explains both of the toys she wanted were already sold out. :( I thought, 'What a wonderful person! This has to be good karma coming back.' ;D (Haha I believe in karma too much. >< ) All I had on me was a free Hello Kitty item one of the booths was giving away. I figured, she's a girl, she might like this? So I offered her the Hello Kitty item and she was so happy! She actually said she had been looking for the booth that offered it. I think it was a good trade. :)

Every year, there are TONS of Jesus/God protestors. I don't think they realize we're all a bunch of nerds and don't seriously believe Super Man is an alien. (Or do we?) So every year there are always con-people holding signs reading things like, "God loves strippers." I thought this sign was too perfect. If you can't read it, it says, "I don't understand why you want me to hold this poster." Way to be nice about it. :)

Great way to end the day. I got on my shuttle to go back to the hotel and through the window, there he was, standing in the rain and smoking a cigarette. I'd be happy to wait for the next shuttle. I got off (it's starting to rain) and quietly walked up to him. I asked if it was possible to take a photo (didn't even say I was a big fan or anything, just right to the point! >< ) He said sure! Right as we're taking the photo, he pulls a voice and I crack up. I think the guy behind heard. I also think he realized he put out his almost newly lit cigarette for this photo. What a nice guy. Thank you!
